Cancellation Policy:

At Urban Dental our team wants to be available for the needs of all our patients. Because of this we politely ask that you provide 24hr notice for canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Please see below for clarification. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all patients.

 

Late Cancellations/fail to attend 

  

A late cancellation is considered late when the appointment booked for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. When the appointment booked for Monday is cancelled or rescheduled after midday on Friday it is considered late. 

  

A fail to attend is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling or rescheduling.  

  

In either case, we will charge the patient a $100 missed/cancellation appointment fee.
