What to expect at your first visit
We warmly welcome new patients and will do our best to ensure you feel comfortable, relaxed and reassured during and following your visit with us.
We believe a comprehensive first exam is the best way to begin the process of obtaining a healthy, beautiful smile. In order to ensure success in our dental procedures, we take necessary time to thoroughly evaluate your current oral care situation and requirements. To do this, the first thing we do is listen! At your first visit we will make sure we understand all your concerns, needs and desires as they relate to your dental health. Together we explore your treatment options and will provide you with expert advice so you can make more informed choices about your treatment.

Convenient, on the spot claiming of Health Fund rebates for dental treatment.
Wisdom teeth consultations
Book for a wisdom consultation to check your wisdom teeth and discuss any required treatment options. If you require removal of wisdom teeth, this can be done at Urban Dental under Local Anaesthesia.
University Student and staff offer
QUT staff members and QUT students receive discounts.
Full time tertiary students also receive discounts.
Children’s dentistry offers
Medicare Child Dental Benefit Scheme
Urban Dental treats eligible children aged 2-17 years under this scheme.
Urban Dental provides 50% off all preventative dentistry for children up to 17 years old.
Queensland Health Dental Vouchers
